The Ministry of International Relations leads OUTSO's external engagement, partnership building, protocol support for visitors, and institutional relationship management beyond the organisation.
How the office works
- The Minister leads external engagement strategy, official representation, and relationship management with partner institutions and organisations.
- The Deputy Minister supports official correspondence, stakeholder follow-up, and coordination for visiting delegations and external programmes.
- The Secretary manages records, schedules, communication logs, and administrative documentation for international relations activities.
